Leadership in Humanitarian Action: Handbook for the UN Resident and Humanitarian Coordinator
The Handbook serves as a guide to the normative framework for humanitarian action, operational approaches, coordination structures, and available tools and services that facilitate the mobilization of humanitarian assistance.
